How to Get in Shape Using a Bob Jogging Stroller

Repeat the exercise with the other leg and gradually build up the repetitions on a daily basis.

Stroller Squats

Again, use the stroller for support. With your legs shoulder length apart, bend to a squatting position, keeping the back straight. Do as many repetitions as it comfortable.

As a safety precaution you should get a clean bill of health from your doctor before beginning any form of fitness routine, particularly if you have had a C section.
